Can I have a trial of Premium before subscribing?
We sincerely apologize that Premium does not currently offer a free trial package. However, we do have a 7-day starter package available for only 59 THB.
Can users change the Premium package later?
It can be done by canceling the current package and subscribing to the new desired package. The benefits of the new package will take effect in the next billing cycle.
What is the cancellation policy for the Premium package?
If a member cancels the BUGABOO PREMIUM package, there is no refund policy in any case, except in the event of a duplicate billing error.
Can I request a tax invoice?
Members can request a tax invoice by following these steps: Click 'My Profile' > 'Payment History' > 'Download Receipt' for the package for which you wish to request a tax invoice.
